Clean the cooler:

The natural gas compressor has been running for a long time. To remove dust from the heat dissipation surface, open the cover of the cooler blowing hole on the fan bracket and use a dust blowing air gun to blow the cooler until the dust on the heat dissipation surface is completely blown away. The cooler can be disassembled, the oil in the cooler can be poured out, and the four inlet and outlet ports can be closed to prevent dust from entering. Discharge condensate water:

Moisture in the air may condense in the oil and gas separation tank, especially in humid climates. When the exhaust temperature is below the dew point of the air pressure or when cooling stops, more condensed water will deposit. Excessive moisture in the oil can cause emulsification of the lubricating oil, affecting the safe operation of the machine, such as poor lubrication of the compressor host; The separation of oil and gas deteriorates, and the pressure difference of the oil and gas separator increases. Causing corrosion of parts. Therefore, the condensate discharge plan should be formulated based on humidity.

Condensation water discharge method: It should be carried out after the machine is stopped, the oil and gas separation tank is depressurized, thoroughly cooled, and the condensation water is completely deposited, such as before starting in the morning

Safety valve:

The safety valve has been adjusted before the whole machine leaves the factory. Users are not encouraged to adjust safety valves without permission. If adjustments are necessary, they should be made under the guidance of the company's repair personnel.

When the natural gas compressor is running, the following conditions should also be checked:

1. Whether the motor temperature is normal and whether the readings of each ammeter are within the specified range.

2. Whether the sound of each part's operation is normal.

3. Check if the suction valve cover is heating up and if the valve sound is normal.

4. The safety maintenance equipment for natural gas compressors is reliable.
